Upload PDF a vytvoření náhledu první stránky jako odkaz

Ahoj lidi mám další dotaz, neřešil někdo, prosím, upload PDF, ale tak, aby se při uploadu vytvořil náhledový obrázek?

Vím dá se to udělat tak, že načtu php a obrázek zvlášť a n aobrázek dát url pdf, ale chtěl bych to zautomatizovat,

Ako by sa mal vytvoriť obrázok z pdf? Na to by trebalo implementovať rozsiahlejšiu knižnicu, ktorá by to umožňovala a to by bolo zbytočné.
